The controller of the website https://greenblue.sk/, including its subdomains and the personal data of the data subjects is the company Green Blue, s.r.o., ID No.: 47 102 349, with registered office at Mesačná 18, 821 02 Bratislava, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section Sro, Insert No. 88514/B, email: office@greenblue.sk (hereinafter also referred to as the “Operator“), which hereby provides information within the meaning of Act No. 452/2021 Coll., Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation“) and with regard to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amending and supplementing certain acts (hereinafter referred to as the “Act“).

Cookies are small text files that may be stored on your computer, smartphone or other device when you browse the website or when you are active on the website.

Retention period

Right of access to data

Right to rectification

You have the right to request that we rectify your incorrect personal data and/or that your personal data be completed without undue delay.

Right to erasure of personal data

You have the right to request that we delete your personal data without undue delay if the conditions of Article 17 of the Regulation or Section 23 of the Act are met.

Right to restriction of processing of personal data

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the conditions of Article 18 of the Regulation or Article 24 of the Act are met (e.g. the data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data; the processing of the personal data would be unlawful; the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but the data subject needs them to prove, exercise or defend legal claims; the data subject has objected to the processing of the personal data).

Right to object to the processing of personal data

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing of personal data carried out by us for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in us, or where the processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest or that of a third party, including to object to related profiling. You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.

Right to data portability

You have the right to obtain from us the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You have the right to transfer the personal data so obtained to another controller without us preventing you from doing so. Such transfer of personal data is possible if your personal data has been processed on the basis of consent or on the basis of a contract and if the processing has been carried out by automated means. Where technically feasible, you have the right to a direct transfer from one controller (us) to another controller.

Right to withdraw consent to processing

If your personal data are processed on the basis of consent, you as the data subject are entitled to withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data prior to the withdrawal of such consent.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority competent for the supervision of the processing of personal data. Transfer of personal data to third countries

The processing of your personal data does not usually involve the transfer of your personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and the European Union (EU) or to international organisations. Should the need arise in justified cases to transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Union, we will only transfer personal data with your consent or under the conditions under which said transfer is otherwise permitted by the Regulation or the Act.
