Authorized representative

The authorized representative shall, inter alia, ensure:

• Registration of the producer in the Register of manufacturers of the reserved product
• Notification of changes to the producer’s registered data in the Register of Producers of Specified Product in accordance with §30 of the Waste Act.
• Representation of the producer in communication with the Ministry of the Environment and supervisory authorities in waste management in professional matters.
• Operational professional assistance and cooperation in case of inspections of the Slovak Environmental Inspectorate at the producer, preparation of relevant documents.
• Submission of documents proving the accuracy of the data provided to the contracting collecting society in Slovakia on the quantity of the specified product placed on the market of the Slovak Republic at the request of the collecting society, within 30 days from the date of receipt of a written request from the collecting society.
